Dinesh D. Shah has been engaged in the plan, design, and build of commercial, industrial, and residential projects for over 45 years in Sugar Land and Greater Houston Area of Texas. He has gained diversified experience in Pre-Cast Concrete, Steel, and from a single to over 50 storied Aluminum-Glass curtain walls including a mock-up testing with 110 mph and negative 20 degree outside temperature. He has completed over one and a half million square feet of ground up buildings and lease space improvement for retail centers, office buildings, warehouse, truck-stop & C Store with Gas stations, Bar & Lounge, Banquet Hall, Restaurants, Hotels and Motels, dry cleaning plants, daycare center, car repair shop and many others. 

He has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and he is a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Texas for Civil and Structural Engineering discipline. He is approved to practice Architecture Design by TBAE, and Windstorm Design & Inspection by TDI. He is also a Certified Professional Building Designer (CPBD) by NCBDC and an AIA Allied member. With his additional licenses and assistance from team members, he also provides other services as a Registered Accessibility Specialist (RAS/ADA), Senior Property Tax Consultant, Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Project Management, Technical Inspection, COMCheck and RESCheck Energy analysis, assistance for Building Code Compliance and building permit, and real estate investment consulting.

His business entrepreneurships, experience and education are the foundation for Business Diversified Corporation (BDC) established in 1987, which is now Commercial Property Tax & Technical Services, LLC (CPTTS, LLC.). Having personally worked around and with others, he brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his clients. His passion for quality work and time efficiency has put him at a higher capacity with other architects, engineers, contractors, and technical professionals.  

Not only has he been a successful entrepreneur and actively involved with diversified project development, but he is also active in community development by devoting his time and talent. He has served in several professional societies, boards, commissions, and social organizations, just to name a few, Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce, City of Sugar Land, AIBD, ASIE, FCCA, CASA, and Literacy Council. He is a recipient of several awards and honors. His writing hobbies include technical articles, speeches, stories, and poetries.
